If an oil change is done too early, a still flawless lubricant is thrown away; if an oil change is done too late, machine damages can occur. The ideal case would be to do oil changes depending on the condition. The highest reliability is provided by a laboratory analysis realized with a correctly taken oil sample. With the KLEENOIL oil analysis equipment oil contamination or changes in the oil condition can be determined on site, before and during operation. Based on the change of the oil dielectric the actual or rather the still existing oil quality or contamination is shown as a final result. Most application relevant oil values are dependent on each other and this also applies to their changes. For this reason the KLEENOIL ICC and its installed measuring and analysis principle have been designed for the reading and monitoring of the overall condition. A retrieval of single values has not been allowed for.
During the operation of the machine the oil condition is monitored every 30 minutes. The results are comprehensively shown on the control panel according to the "traffic-light" principle. The analyzing unit disposes of a digital connection so that the signals shown can also be integrated in the board electronics of a machine and thus can be used to be connected to a remote monitoring system.

KLEENOIL TriboCheck is an oil test and analysis equipment which enables a fast supervision of the oil condition by measuring the grade of dielectric variation. All variations resulting from general oil contamination, changes of the viscosity, changes in the chemical composition, oxidation and oil ageing are measured by the KLEENOIL TriboCheck and evaluated automatically. In the display a value in per cent resulting from the sum of the whole variation is shown. For the result the bar indicator is decisive, indicating if and to what extent the oil still can be used. The KLEENOIL TriboCheck is ideal for a quick analysis to determine whether the employed oil can still be used, should be changed or analysed in a laboratory.

To use the KLEENOIL OTK no further qualification is needed than a basic understanding of the oil. Neither electric power nor other tools that are not included in the Oil Test Kit are required. The handling and realization of the single steps is clearly described for the user. The KLEENOIL Oil Test Kit is a mobile miniature laboratory. If a further, more extensive or complete oil analysis is necessary, it is possible to send an oil sample directly to our laboratory for evaluation.
The IOS iCount Oil Sampler is an oil analysis equipment in a robust housing; ideal for mobile application. This particle counter has been developed to rapidly and exactly determine the contamination level of the operating fluid. It uses proven laser technology. By means of an integrated re-chargeable battery unit (charger is included in the delivery) and an integrated pump, measurements can be made absolutely independently from the system. The data is shown immediately on the integrated LED-display. The installed equipment software, the supplied PC-software and the installed memory allow to edit the measured data also directly on site and at any time. Able to sample directly from a high pressure line with the addition of a pressure reducing adaptor.
